Is social media good or bad for you?

There are two sides to social media. On one side, you can get a lot of fantastic learning and education for free. I've learned so much about economics, buying a house, things I didn't learn growing up, off of social media. The other part is absolute brain rot: celebrity influencer culture is a fantasy world. People on social media are not real people, and most of the time that's why their lives crumble and fall apart, just like the people in Hollywood.

There is no accountability. They don't actually live in community. They present their best image, try to convince other people that they are so happy, and then their lives fall apart and they justify it by saying they were stressed or overworked.
