Should new Orthodox converts make videos or teach the faith?

Somebody who's brand new to the Church says, "I'm going to make a video on the Jesus Prayer." It's not necessary. It's really not. It's better for them to live their faith than to be trying to teach other people. This is why St Paul says there are those who are appointed as teachers within the faith. Every random person who's been in the Church for one or two years is not qualified to speak on the faith.
