Why do Orthodox Christians call priests 'father' when Jesus said call no man father?

I made a satire about exactly this. If we take the King James rendering of 'call no man father' with that kind of literalism, then every year millions of American Christians who cannot speak or understand Greek are violating the commandment on Father's Day, and we would need to petition Congress to rename it Daddy's Day. That's the joke, and it makes the point.

St Paul says he is a father in Christ to his people. There's even the children's song Father Abraham. And every early church writer refers to the clergy as father. The objection only stands if you ignore all of that.
