How compassionate should a man be?

I would rank compassion B-tier. It's not the most important thing to have. It's important to understand where people are coming from, their strengths and weaknesses, and to adjust ourselves in order to minister to other people. But by nature men are not overly empathetic. It's not really part of our nature. And it doesn't mean we have to fall apart every time somebody else is falling apart.
