Can a Christian lose their salvation?

A perfect example is Revelation 3 verse 5: he who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the book of life. The implication is that he who does not overcome, who does not persevere, will not receive the garment and will be blotted out from the book of life. The same is in chapter 2, chapter 4, and even chapter 5 of Revelation, when Christ is speaking about the churches.

Go back and read it. If you think people can't lose their salvation because they commit a myriad of sins, you create a theological catastrophe, because you can't read the words of Christ. Christ is very clear: people have to live according to the profession of their faith. If they do not live in accordance with it, they will not be saved.
