Why hasn't the Orthodox Church changed in 2,000 years?

People say, oh, you think the Orthodox are better than Catholics. No, it has nothing to do with that. It has everything to do with the fact that we are preserved by the grace of the Holy Spirit in the Orthodox Church. There's no other way to explain why Orthodoxy keeps doing what it's doing. I've been part of non-denominational churches that couldn't go two years without changing something.

It's in man's nature to figure things out and change them. So how do you explain Orthodoxy, where nothing changes, ever? How do you explain that? It's completely not human. It's divine.
